Milkman Aamir Khan's Rip Off!

Aamir Khan delights as a milkman in this new Tata Sky TVC, symbolizing a greedy satellite dish based TV provider.

Aamir is a favorite amongst reputed brands seeking star endorsements. His recent brand endorsement deals include Samsung, Etisalat and Mahindra Two Wheelers.

As far as films go, Aamir Khan production's Peepli Live is the official entry for Oscars in the 'Best Foreign Language' film category. The 45-year-old actor will be next seen in his wife Kiran Rao's Dhobi Ghat which is due in theaters on February 25, 2011.

Aamir, currently on a break from signing new films, is reportedly considering a role in the next installment of Yash Raj Films' Dhoom franchise.

Shah Rukh is worshipped just like Rajinikanth?

Women adore Shah Rukh Khan as no actor is as charming and mesmerizing as SRK. The actor has the gift of the gab and can keep you arrested in his conversations, no matter what he speaks!

Even Deepika Padukone once admitted, “Everytime I meet Shah Rukh, I think of telling him several things but the moment he starts talking I just listen!”

Theatre actor, filmmaker and writer Makrand Deshpande has zeroed in on SRK’s magnetic appeal to women as the subject of his forthcoming film.

“Every time I speak to Shah Rukh, I keep listening to him as he is gifted as a talker. He leaves you glued to him when he speaks. I thought if this happens to men, what must be happening to his female fans and that’s when it struck me that I should make a film on how the actor’s magic works on his female fan.

My film is titled ‘Shah Rukh Bola Khoobsurat Hai Tu’. The film is a tale of a girl who sells flowers on traffic signals. She considers superstar Shah Rukh as her god and a chance meeting with him at the signal where he compliments her saying, “Khoobsurat Hai Tu” changes her life forever. Her day is made and thereafter, her love for Shah Rukh actually changes her fate” revealed Makrand.

Highlight being, SRK has played a cameo in the film too.

Denying news that Shah Rukh is hesitant to do cameos of late Makrand added, “In India we make gods out of actors and SRK is god to many. Though Shah Rukh has shot for just one scene, since that was a requirement, we have many dream sequences of him throughout the film. He was so sweet that he told me, he will get his own camera and that I shouldn’t spend too much of money. He kept telling me to add scenes, retakes if I want to as he can do more than was briefed to him.”

Makrand signed off saying, “Shah Rukh is really worshipped across the country. Be it the Chak De girls or the women who faint every time he speaks to them, SRK is god in every sense and he appears like one in my film. He is omnipresent and thus plays more than a cameo.”

Seems like Rajinikanth has a competition from Shah Rukh in ‘godly’ category.

Katrina Kaif injured on the sets of Yash Raj Film

Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif recently ended up with a bloody nose when she got injured on the sets of YRF’s unnamed flick at the Pataudi Palace in Haryana. Apparently, Katrina was injured on the same place where she had been previously injured during the making of ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ when Ranbir inadvertently landed a blow on her face. Well, this time around, Katrina got injured due to error of judgement on Imran’s part.

Talking to a news daily, a source from the sets of YRF said, “They were shooting a funny scene in which Imran is holding a gun in his hand and Katrina is by his side. He had to move around and pull Kat toward him with the other hand. But while shooting, he accidentally smashed the barrel of his gun on Katrina`s nose. It happened in a split second and her nose started bleeding.”

“Everyone panicked because there was blood oozing from her nose. The shooting stopped and she was escorted to the vanity van. A doctor was called on the set and she was administered first aid. After a while the bleeding stopped, but she was still in pain,” said the source.

When contacted, Katrina confirmed the reports and said, "Yes, I got hit in the same place as I did during ‘Ajab…’. I am pretty bruised but the staff feels its good luck for the film. But it was a funny scene so I think it was worth it."

Salman-Katrina’s dance drama

We’re going ‘Walla Walla’ after watching Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar in their Qawali number for Farah Khan’s ‘Tees Maar Khan’. The song has Sallu and Akki in a pretend-fight over Kat (hmm…imagine that!).

The real question is – Were Salman and Katrina fighting during the shooting? Nothing of that sort it seems. Apparently the couple (or former couple) were fairly cordial to one another and had fun while shooting the song (thanks to buffers Akshay and Farah maybe).

While Salman and Akki were dressed in colourful vests, scarves and caps; Kat made for a rather sober picture, considering she plays an item girl in the movie.

Shahrukh Khan defends CWG 2010

The organising committee of Commonwealth Games 2010 can heave a sigh of relief with megastar like Sharkh Khan speaking in favour of them, when all negative comments hit the committee.
"I hope we Indians realize how difficult it is to build stadiums & respect & so easy to break monuments & disrespect each others beliefs," commented Khan on Twitter.

In his statement Shahrukh also hinted about the Babri masjid demolition, the verdict of which is to be delivered on Sep 30.

However, another Bollywood star, Shilpa Shetty earlier posted on Twitter, "This could have been a great opportunity to make our country proud. Unfortunately, CWG hasn’t brought us the pride and honour we thought it would."

Followed several controversies raised regarding the Delhi Games, all these statements raised. So many athletes pull out their names from CWG over security concern, dengue or hygenic state of games' village.

Depending on his great fan followings through out the world, Shahrukh Khan's comment would surely boost interest of people towards the much hyped Commonwealth Games 2010.

Crazy Ranbir fan threatens to jump off first floor

Ranbir Kapoor's female fan following is growing by the day. And growing more insane, may we add. Fans from out of town have been spotted outside the Kapoor residence, Krishnaraj, carrying suitcases.

The scene is reminiscent of the clamouring crowds outside Rajesh Khanna's bungalow when he was a superstar.
While Kapoor shrugs off the unwanted attention, it's left to his mother Neetu Kapoor to be kind to the hysterical fans who have nowhere to go.
However, the star mom was not around on Thursday, when an exceptionally crazed female fan threatened to jump off the first floor of a mall in Delhi if Kapoor didn't autograph her, err, bare back. The actor was at a loss when he saw a girl in white, at a crowded mall in New Delhi, waving frantically from the floor above, threatening to jump down to be near him.

Says an eyewitness, "At first, Ranbir waved and smiled at her. But when he saw that she was trying to jump off the balcony, he sent someone from his team to fetch her down. He thought he would sign an autograph and send her packing."

What followed was pure melodrama with the girl threatening to strip her clothes if Ranbir didn't click a picture with her. Says the eyewitness, "All along, the girl named Anuradha, kept yelling that she'd kill herself if Ranbir didn't oblige. The funniest bit was that her fianc © was with her, and the poor guy didn't know how to handle her. Ranbir panicked. He did whatever he could to make her happy and decided to beat a hasty retreat. But the girl, with her fianc © running frantically after her, chased Ranbir to his car and insisted on getting in with him."
That's when the security guards took charge of the situation and led her away.

More than Ranbir, the incident has left mother Neetu shaken. The family has decided to employ bouncers to accompany the star to out-of-town events.

Ranbir Kapoor set to confess his love for Katrina Kaif!

The latest buzz in tinsel town these days is that chocolate boy Ranbir Kapoor is all set to confessFollowing the footstep of his cousin Kareena Kapoor, Ranbir has finally decided to confess his love for Katrina at the promotion of his upcoming flick “Anjaana Anjaani”.

A source close to Ranbir stated “They are very much in love. Katrina has even met all his uncles and aunts, who all approve of her. Even his parents, mom Neetu and dad Rishi are very fond of her.”

The source said further, “She often drops by at their Bandra home to meet them even when Ranbir isn`t in town. The Kapoor khandaan is not in favour of their beta hiding his feelings for the girl he loves but they understand how this could cause problems for Kat.”

The source added that the Kapoor family is of the view that the best means by which Ranbir and Katrina can spend some quality time with each other is by doing more and more films together his love for Katrina publicly.

Salman's Dabangg creates waves in Pakistan

Bollywood movies were banned in Pakistan this Eid. As a result, Salman Khan starrer Dabangg, the biggest Bollywood attraction during the festive season, was not released in Pakistan. However, the movie has now got a delayed release in the country, and the fans of Salman are flooding to the theatres.
The number of moviegoers in Pakistani theatres fell last month following the ban on Bollywood films. A booking clerk in Lahore was quoted saying that Pakistani film lovers were returning to the cinema halls with the return of Indian movies. He added thatDabangg received over 70 per cent opening.

The theatre owners are of the opinion that Pakistani films fail at the box office, as they are low-budget movies. Gulistan cinema owner Arif Khan said that Pakistan produced 8 to 10 movies in the first nine months while 25 to 30 Indian films were released.

Apart from Dabangg, other movies like Housefull, I Hate Luv Storys andOnce Upon A Time In Mumbai did good business at the box office.

Peepli Live will go to the Oscars!

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's production "Peepli Live" will be India's official entry at the Oscars. Peepli Live has been shortlisted in the Best Foreign Film category.

"Peepli Live" is former journalist Anusha Rizvi's debut as a director and the film has no big name stars, in keeping with Khan's pledge to promote quality cinema. The movie is satirical take on farmer suicides in India and how media and politicians tackle the issue. Earlier, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh with his wife Gursharan Kaur, family members and some close friends also watched the film at the special screening.

Peepli Live," made by the actor's production company, follows two poor farmers who face losing their land over an unpaid debt after poor monsoon rains. A local politician suggests they commit suicide so their families get compensation. A journalist overhears one of the farmers apparently urging the other to end his own life, triggering a media frenzy about whether he will go through with it, lampooning India's sensationalist television news channels.

SRK on hot seat?

The show, which goes on air on the Big B's 68th birthday (October 11), had SRK as its host in the third edition. It was widely reported that though the edition was a success, it could not emulate the massive fan frenzy that Amitabh had managed to garner in the first two seasons. After this, the show went off air and then Big B was taken back to be the face of KBC again.

"The channel is very keen to have an episode that would have the two hosts of KBC face to face. They have approached SRK to be a celebrity contestant who will be quizzed by Amitabh. The channel knows that this is what will give them a huge buzz. SRK is undecided. He has good relations with the channel as well as the makers of the show, so it is hugely being anticipated that he might give a nod for this special episode. Everyone has their fingers crossed," says a highly placed source close to the developments of the show.

The informer adds, "Big B's recent conversation about the show with SRK on a social networking site has also garnered interest level in the industry. It was widely said that SRK and Amitabh became close friends a couple of years back thereby rubbishing rumours of their ego clashes that had made headlines for years. So, this cordial relation with Bachchan might as well be the lubricant for SRK to also say a yes to the format. It will get the channel the TRP that it cannot imagine."

Officials of the channel, on conditions of anonymity, confirmed that SRK has indeed been approached for KBC and that they are awaiting a response from him soon.

Katrina Kaif: How 2010 has fared for Bollywood’s doll

Aishwarya Rai’s arch rival and the ruling princess of popcorn Katrina kaif has, hitherto, got only a single release this year in the form of her ‘Rajneeti’. Though, her acting prowess was mediocre, the film harvested rich dividends at the box office.

In fact, given the fact that Katrina had to jump over linguistic hurdles (Hindi not being her forte), she did a commendable job. Though, some found her wooden, her diligence and labour, nevertheless, can’t be denied.

Post Rajneeti, she has been creating headlines basically for her stint in ‘Tees Maar Khan’. Helmed by Farah Khan and starring her fav co-star Akshay Kumar, the film has been in news for something or the other. Katrina’s belly jiggle in one of the item numbers has invited a plethora of attention.

Men have found themselves fantasising after reading that Farah has made Katrina do a Kimi Katkar in a remake of the ‘Hum’ song ‘Jumma chumma le le’. Katrina in a revealing saree with her nude navel has spawned ample gossips keeping her male admirers in a reverie of fantasy.

Meanwhile, on the personal front, Katrina’s break up with Salman Khan has been the biggest incident so far. Though, she was linked to Ranbir Kapoor, that rumour has somewhat died down.

Akshay auctions breakfast date for charity

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is willing to pour you some morning tea, all for the sake of charity. The superstar is auctioning a breakfast date with himself to raise money for the cause of children with special needs.
The 44-year-old actor decided to do the good deed to mark the 'Joy of Giving' week. Bollywood is celebrating it in a big way and Dabanggsuperstar Salman Khan had recently auctioned a gym session for the same.

Akshay has collaborated with online marketplace eBay for the auction and all proceeds will go to the Research Society, a charitable organisation working with children and individuals with special needs. "I want everyone out there who would love breakfast with me to bid on this charity auction. All you have to do is bid and you could be breaking bread with me at the Marriott one Sunday morning," said Akshay, who is father to 8-year-old son Aarav with wife Twinkle Khanna.

The auction started on September 22, 2010 and will end on September 29, 2010. The bidding started at Rs 1001. The breakfast date with Akshay Kumar will also allow the winning bidder to bring along three more guests for the starry meal. The actor who is a self-confessed foodie is meanwhile busy promoting his mega budget project Action Replayy where he is paired opposite Aishwarya Rai, by going retro in real life. The actor is making public appearances in retro fashions to promote the film.

Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor: Can they hit off in 3rd encounter?

Dabangg actor Salman Khan is on a high these days and also on a signing spree as far as his home Production is concerned. After bro Arbaaz Khan turned producer for ‘Dabangg’, now it’s the time for sister Alvira to announce her presence.

Alvira is all set to make her directorial debut with ‘Bodyguard’, a remake of a Malayalam film with the same name and hunky, beefy Salman shall play the male lead in the film as he gets into the garbs of a bodyguard of a beautiful, bubbly girl. Now, reports were brewing that Katrina Kaif has been roped in for playing the female lead.

However, now it is being reported that the bubbly Kareena Kapoor has been signed in and Katrina was never in contention. In fact, for the role of the chirpy, effervescent girl, Kareena fits the bill perfectly.

However, Salman and Kareena haven’t, hitherto been a hit Jodi (pair). They have starred in ‘Kyunki’ and ‘Main Aur Mrs Khanna’, both of which had miserably bombed at the box office. Let’s see if they can hit if off in their 3rd encounter.

Dabangg’ Movie Special Screening at Shahrukh Khan’s House

Salman Khan’s latest block buster, ‘Dabangg’ held a special screening in his residence, Mannat. Earlier, before the release of the film, Shahrukh Khan expressed his desire to watch the film.

Sources, says that Shahrukh Khan and his family saw the film twice. First time Shahrukh Khan has send a letter to Ashtavinayak and second time Mrs. Gauri Khan called Malaika Arora to organize a special screening for her kids.

Talking about the news, producer, Arbaaz Khan said, “SRK sent a mail to Ashtavinayak to organize a ‘Dabangg’ screening. It was to be done through a UFO screening and required the producer’s consent. So I sent a mail back confirming and happily organized a screening for them. A few days later, Gauri called up Malaika asking her to have one more screening for the kids. So I spoke to the UFO people once again and got a screening organized for the kids this time.”

Salman Khan vs. Aamir Khan: Dabangg finally losing its steam

Dabangg invaded the theatres with a bang and chopped off around 14.5 crores on its very 1st day edging past the near-13 crores garnered by Aamir Khan’s ‘3 Idiots’. In fact, Dabangg even elbowed past the Christmas bonanza as it raked in 48 crores on its opening weekend defeating the 39 crores by 3 idiots.

It was neck to neck with the didactic film both managing to rope in nearly 100 crores on the 1st week. However, now it seems that Dabangg is losing its steam at the box office. Its collections have dipped even though it is doing a pretty decent business. Therefore, it is unlikely that it would go past the over-300 crores harvested by 3 Idiots.

However, with ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ and ‘Endhiran’ postponed to 1st October, Dabangg is having a free run at the cinema halls. But come 1st October and Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Aishwarya rai and Rajnikanth are likely to take over from Salman Dabangg Khan.

Nevertheless, it is likely that Dabangg would reap in a huge chunk till then but if the current buzz is to be believed, then 3 idiots shall remain the highest grosser of B-town.

Katrina and Hrithik to have the longest liplock ever!

Nothing woos audiences better than item numbers and liplock scenes. And Zoya Akhtar is making sure that she adds them all in her new film, ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’.
The film that stars Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif, Abhay Deol, Farhan Akhtar and Kalki Koechlin will have a super hot liplock scene. And it will be Hrithik and Katrina who will share over a minute long kiss scene in the film.
Confirming the news, a source said, “Zoya had been planning a kiss sequence between Hrithik and Katrina for long. But since Katrina is averse to doing such scenes, she wanted to handle the situation delicately.”

As per reports, there is an extended kissing scene between Hrithik and Katrina. Talking about the scene, the source said, “There’s an important sequence where Katrina realizes her love for Hrithik, who has just bid her goodbye and is going away and so she zooms in on her bike, overtakes Hrithik, parks the bike and stops him and simply kisses him and expresses her feelings and love. “

What’s interesting is that Zoya did not have much difficulty in convincing Katrina to enact the scene. And if sources are to believed then this will be the longest kissing scene in Bollywood, beating the previous one by Aamir and Karisma in ‘Raja Hindustani’.

Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan: Is this the inevitable comparison?

Amitabh Bachchan, Bollywood superstar, has amply demonstrated that it is the undisputed star of the silver screen, despite being rejected by quite a few opponents at some point in his career.

Other star Salman Khan has also shown more than their opponents that even the rules of Bollywood, and still has star power to attract the largest audience in theaters in urban and rural areas.

The recent release of Dabangg, and its enormous success, has created a frenzy over the song, and there are comparisons being drawn between Big B and the star called Salman Khan!

The fact of the matter is, as Big B has lost some foot in the tinsel town in mid-career and then come back with a big bang, well, Salman Khan, who was dismissed by many, Khan as the least popular of the three Khans in the industry, returned to his superstar status with the stupendous success of Dabangg.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen not in 3D: Is it good or bad?

Twilight diehards were being fed with a hearsay that the final two films of ‘Breaking Dawn’ shall be filmed in 3D. The fans had, therefore, taken the liberty of vanishing into their fantasies visualizing the delight of the eternal romance in a real-life 3D image.

However, the rumours have been slammed and it has been officially announced that Breaking Dawn isn’t to be made in 3D. Now, how good or bad is that?

Though, some fans may feel a tad disappointed (as 3D has kind-of become the latest sensation with the multiplex goers), but it reaffirms the fact that the bosses have faith on the content and storyline of the film. 3D may actually have dissuaded the interest from the common talking point of the ethereal romance.

Now, at least, Twihards can go back to discussing the story and how it would be portrayed in the upcoming films (Breaking Dawn being pictured in two parts). Nevertheless, it would have been a different experience had it been shot in 3D. But then, to gain something you need to lose something else. With or without 3D, the romance and Robert shall ensure yet another near-stampede when the flick opens in 2011.

Shahid Kapoor Upset over Priyanka Chopra, Ranbir Kapoor Lip Locks?

Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoorreportedly share two passionate lip locks in Anjaana Anjaani that on-again boyfriend Shahid Kapoor isn't too happy about.

According to a Mid Day source, "Shahid might not even watch the movie just to avoid watching PC puckering up to RK."

The lip locks were apparently not in the script but were added on during the US schedule earlier this year. Those who have seen the film claim the intimate scenes go well into the script.

Apparently, the lip locks were shot when Kapoor and Chopra were on a relationship break.

Shahrukh Khan, Shahid Kapoor and John Abraham: What's common to them?

Now, it’s true that all 3 actors Shahid Kapoor, John Abraham and Shahrukh Khan are dashing and extremely handsome, not to mention overtly sexy. And all 3 command a plethora of female devotees. But there is something else common to the trio.
Can you guess what it is? Hint- It’s related to the advertisement world!
Well, well, if you are still scratching your head then let’s reveal it to you. All 3 actors endorse men’s fairness cream. Of course, you must have noticed them invading your telly boxes holding a cream and tempting you to get fair.
However, actor Abhay Deol has a different take on this. He is ready to endorse a liquor, if required, but under no condition will he advertise for a fairness cream. He says, “I will never endorse a fairness cream. It makes the generation believe that you are nice and successful only if you are fair. This is a very demeaning thing and I would never want to be a part of something like that.”
Well! That’s one fair point by Mr. Deol!

Dhobi community file a case against Dhobi Ghat

Aamir khan and his wife, Kiran Rao, were in a very joyous mood when they went to participate in the Toronto International Film festival a few days back, and they returned with much applause too for Rao’s directorial debutDhobi Ghat. The film had its international premiere at this festival.
However, Rao needs to fight a legal case now for the title of her movie Dhobi Ghat. Vinod Kumar Kanojia, the chairman of Hindustan Kanojia Organisation of Dhobis, has claimed that the title of the movie was a sign for making caste division in the dhobi community. He has appealed to the Delhi High Court asking for a change of the title before film releases in theaters.

Kanojia also requested the censor board to assess the film’s title in order to avoid caste division in society. In his petition, Kanojia stated that the movie could have opted for some other title but they have chosen the title to hurt the feelings of the dhobi community. He added that the community was notified as the scheduled caste in the Indian Constitution and it is a punishable offence to call any person by its community name. He further mentioned that the fundamental right of the community is violated by the film’s title and the court must restrain it.

Dhobi Ghat has received high accolades in the recently held Toronto International Film festival and all parties involved would like a resolution to this matter at the earliest. The case is likely to be heard in court on Wednesday. Kanojia alleged that the director and producer of the movie have used the name of the caste just to earn money and it is a very minor and dirty thinking. He said that no one has the right to sell the name of any caste.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to Reunite in New Orleans

ROBERT Pattinson is set to reunite with Kristen Stewart — after taking a break from his road trip to visit the actress in New Orleans. Stewart, 20, is in the Big Easy shooting scenes for her new movie On The Road— and Pattinson is reportedly on his way to join her on set! “Rob visited Kristen on set, but he wasn’t in the way,” a source said. “He was very professional while she was filming. Everyone on the crew loved him. He was chatty, mostly talking about sports, London and getting ready for the next Twilight film.”

Meanwhile, it has been claimed that Rob, 24, spent a fortune to hire professional musicians and rent a Hollywood sound studio on Aug. 30 — but instead of knuckling down and getting on with some work, his evening in the studio turned into “a night of all booze and no music,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer. “Rob needs to seriously rethink his musical career,” said the insider. “He didn’t manage to get anything done because he invited a bunch of his rowdy friends and brought tons of booze to the studio. “He ended up goofing off all night with his buddies and getting drunk. “Rob mostly joked around with the musicians and kept them there for hours. “He got so wasted that he couldn’t get it together long enough to complete one track.”

Sallu did not invite SRK, Vivek at ‘Dabangg’ party

The who’s who of Bollywood are invited to Salman Khan’s Dabangg’ success bash but his guests list does not carry the name of his two arch rivals, Shahrukh Khan and Vivek Oberoi. If we recall, Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan had an ugly spat during Katrina Kaif’s birthday bash few years back. And speaking about Vivek Oberoi, Salman had a brawl with him too. It all started when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan cut ties from Sallu and went to Vivek.

Though Vivek Oberoi had tried to mend his differences with Sallu Miya number of times, Salman did not come forward. Regarding King Khan, Sallu also said in an interview that he and SRK can never be friends again. These are the reasons why Shahrukh and Vivek are not invited to Salman’s party.

The three Khan brothers, Sohail, Arbaaz and Salman Khan are leaving no stone unturned to make the party a grand one and the venue is assumed to be Salman’s farm house in Lonavala or seven star hotel in Mumbai. The guests include, the Bachchans, Kapoors, Deols, Devgans, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Farah khan, Akshay Kumar, Aamir khan, Priyanka Chopra and so on…

Rishi, Neetu Kapoor fight over Ranbir

Ranbir Kapoor the top contender for the crown of Bollywood prince charming is surely looting many bholi bhali ladkiyon ka dil and many kuwari kumaris must be fighting amongst themselves (especially after Ranbir’s break up with the tall and lovely Deepika).. But what is this..? We hear that his parents Rishi and Neetu Kapoor are fighting amongst themselves… What would be the reason....? Deepika? No of course not.

Well it happened during a promotion event of the forthcoming film ‘Do Dooni Chaar’ where Rishi and Neetu are coming together on screen after two decades, they last appeared as a pair in ‘Dhan Daulat’(1980) if we ignore the one minute appearance in Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Love Aaj Kaal’.

During the event, Rishi and Neetu got into a debate of whom does Ranbir get his stardom from.

The debate turned into a jolly banter and Rishi and Neetu were passionately debating, about Ranbir. During their argument, the chemistry which a couple would share after being married more 30 years was very evident. It was rather cute to see them sweetly fight over Ranbir. The camaraderie which they shared was very evident and they seemed like a couple much in love.

The debate got resolved with both of them in unison agreeing that Ranbir gets his innocence and screen presence from Neetu Kapoor and he inherits his natural acting skills from his father Rishi Kapoor.

Superb! We would like to add one more thing…. Ranbir has inherited the dancing skills from his uncles Shashi kapoor (the vigorous nodding of head.. remember?) and of course the ultra lively and the most energetic dancer of his times Shammi Kapoor (watch Ranbir moves closely in ‘Ajab prem…’) and even Randhir (the round nodding of head. Of course…)

Hmmmm .. Ranbir, this kapoor bachca is a very pucca kapoor cent percent.

Katrina, Imran get naughty

She's changed the chemistry of sexiness. Yeah, we thought sweet can't be sexy, and then walked in Katrina Kaif.

Adding that dizzying degree of sweetness to her sex appeal, she left the men breathless and the women envious. And today she's firing up zoOm's 6th Anniversary celebration, by adding her super-glam quotient to zoOm's 'sexy' attribute.

You would think that a beauty like this would have wowed admirers since her sweet teeny days, but she shockingly confesses, "I think I grew up the exact opposite. I never got any attention when I was 15-16 years old, and was never popular with boys. I don't ever remember being desirable as a teenager." Well, if she's not Ms Popular with the boys, what about cat-fights with the gals. She quickly clarifies, "If there is a fight going on, I am not a part of it." And what makes her so sexy? Katrina Kaif, Akshay Kumar Spat Reports Rubbished

Tees Maar Khan director Farah Khan has rubbished reports of a spat between the film's co-stars: Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif.

Mid-Day reported this morning that the two stars clashed over Katrina's refusal to give dates for a promotional music video for the film, because she had committed the dates to Yash Raj Films for their upcoming film pairing her with Imran Khan.

According to a Tees Maar Khan source, Katrina readily accommodated the promotional video request despite a very hectic schedule.

"Katrina's schedule is as hectic as ever –she is currently shooting for a Yash Raj film, Zoya's film and Dostana 2, also managing to make time for her brand commitments. However being the professional that she is -she made sure she devoted dates for the music video and flew down to shoot it. She shares a great rapport with Akshay Kumar and Farah Khan"

Farah Khan similarly confirmed, "There is absolutely no problem between any of us. Katrina is a wonderful girl and very professional. She has done a great job in Tees Maar Khan"

Akshay Kumar added, "Katrina and I go back a long way and she is a dear friend of mine and has always been there. I would like to clarify that she is one of the most professional stars we have and she and I are amused with these reports since there is absolutely no truth to them."

Shahrukh is in perfect shape

Shahrukh Khan and his wife Gauri have been in Delhi for a few days now and on September 19 he dropped by Gurgaon. On the first day of his visit to Delhi, SRK went to meet his father-in-law who has just undergone an angioplasty. While he was at the hospital he and his wife went in for a complete health check up themselves at the suggestion of Dr. Seth.
Following the news of the check-up rumor mills started buzzing that Shahrukh has been taken ill. Finally SRK clarified that the rumors are baseless and he only underwent routine checkups to get a clean chit of health. A reliable source claimed that both the superstar and his wife are in perfect shape. Right now the actor is having a quiet time with his relatives and enjoying a small vacation at his home city.

Sources revealed that SRK spent the entire day lazing around at Gauri’s uncle’s home. On Saturday night, Shahrukh had a quiet dinner with a small group of friends and relatives. Recently Shahrukh had joked that he has become so thin that he can pass through his wedding ring. Shahrukh’s fans read too much into the comment and started panicking about the superstar’s health. Shahrukh later clarified that it was just a joke and there is no need for the fans to be concerned at all.

Dabangg: Salman Khan sprinkles masala on 3 Idiots

Aamir Khan starrer ‘3 Idiots’ was an exceptionally entertaining film; there is little doubt about its universal appeal. However, the current box office story is being scripted by none other than Salman Khan who has become exceedingly Wanted by all the movie buffs.
After vanquishing Raju Hirani’s ‘3 Idiots’ opening weekend collections, Dabanng has surpassed its 1st week rakings as well thereby bracing itself for a promising 2nd week. Dabangg is an out and out masala film which has action, humour, romance and the so-called ‘tadka’ in right amounts.
Especially, in states like Delhi, UP, Punjab and Rajasthan, Dabangg has, reportedly, done brisk business. With multiplexes as well as single screen being mobbed by the herd of Salman-lovers, it’s difficult to see why it won’t continue its reign over the subsequent days as well.
Trade expert Amod Mehra feels, “Judging by the first-week performance, Dabangg looks like a blockbuster.” That goes without saying given that Dabangg has created history by recording the highest box office harvest for the first week.
Though, the film is low on content or storyline, but it has been a wonderful reminder of the 90s when such fulltoos masala flicks were produced and dished out in huge chunks

Aamir Khan to remake his uncle's film?

Aamir Khan always goes by his conviction. This is the reason why he tries to judge the pulse of the audience before deciding to work on projects. And if the project is a remake of an old hit then he doesn't start working on the film unless he is sure the audience is ready for it.

Earlier, he was thinking of remaking his hit film Andaz Apna Apnawith Salman Khan, but the project is in cold storage at the moment. Now, rumours are doing rounds that Aamir plans to remake Yaadon Ki Baraat, which was directed by his uncle Nasir Hussain.

Reports say that Aamir wants to essay Dharmendra's role. Nephew Imran Khan might be roped in as well. But one will have to wait and watch, as sources reveal that the perfectionist Khan would first like to test the market and would like to give an interesting spin to the 70s hit.

Another rumour suggests that the actor wants to open his own film academy.
