Women adore Shah Rukh Khan as no actor is as charming and mesmerizing as SRK. The actor has the gift of the gab and can keep you arrested in his conversations, no matter what he speaks!
Even Deepika Padukone once admitted, “Everytime I meet Shah Rukh, I think of telling him several things but the moment he starts talking I just listen!”
Theatre actor, filmmaker and writer Makrand Deshpande has zeroed in on SRK’s magnetic appeal to women as the subject of his forthcoming film.
“Every time I speak to Shah Rukh, I keep listening to him as he is gifted as a talker. He leaves you glued to him when he speaks. I thought if this happens to men, what must be happening to his female fans and that’s when it struck me that I should make a film on how the actor’s magic works on his female fan.
My film is titled ‘Shah Rukh Bola Khoobsurat Hai Tu’. The film is a tale of a girl who sells flowers on traffic signals. She considers superstar Shah Rukh as her god and a chance meeting with him at the signal where he compliments her saying, “Khoobsurat Hai Tu” changes her life forever. Her day is made and thereafter, her love for Shah Rukh actually changes her fate” revealed Makrand.
Highlight being, SRK has played a cameo in the film too.
Denying news that Shah Rukh is hesitant to do cameos of late Makrand added, “In India we make gods out of actors and SRK is god to many. Though Shah Rukh has shot for just one scene, since that was a requirement, we have many dream sequences of him throughout the film. He was so sweet that he told me, he will get his own camera and that I shouldn’t spend too much of money. He kept telling me to add scenes, retakes if I want to as he can do more than was briefed to him.”
Makrand signed off saying, “Shah Rukh is really worshipped across the country. Be it the Chak De girls or the women who faint every time he speaks to them, SRK is god in every sense and he appears like one in my film. He is omnipresent and thus plays more than a cameo.”
Seems like Rajinikanth has a competition from Shah Rukh in ‘godly’ category.
